How do I place an order with babybuds Unique Baby Gifts?

FAQ: What methods of payment do babybuds accept?

1.    Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, AMEX and Diners
2.    Money Order and Cheque.
Please note that if you wish to pay via money order or cheque we dispatch goods ordered only when money orer or cheque is cleared.

FAQ: How safe are my credit card details if I pay online?

Shopping online with babybuds is as safe, if not safer, than shopping in an actual store.  This site uses a payment gateway service and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect you against any loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information.

FAQ: Are babybuds products inclusive of GST?

Yes, our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.  All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

FAQ: Will you keep my information private?

At babybuds your privacy is our priority.  Babybuds will note release any personal information of our customers to persons or entities outside our organization without your consent unless required by law or unless to an outsourced contractor for internal functions.  We do not sell or rent any customer lists.

FAQ: How do I customize a bouquet?

If you would like to customize a bouquet please telephone us on 0508 222 928 or email us at info@babybuds.co.nz and talk to us about what you would like customized.
If you would like to change the sizes of the baby clothing included in the bouquets this can be arranged for you.  Please note that we only manufacture our baby clothing range in sizes 000 and 00.  We also charge a 10% surcharge for customizing to cover the additional work involved and there may be a delay in dispatch.  We will discuss this issues with you further via email or phone when you contact us.

FAQ: What is babybuds’ association with other websites you show as a link?

The babybuds website may provide links to other related sites.  Babybuds is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.  We recommend that you read the privacy policy of any site that you link to from this site.

I want to change my order, what do I do?

To ensure we alter the correct order please quote the Receipt No. and the name you placed the order in to us.  Please call us on on 0508 222 928 to make any alternation, if it is outside our business hours please leave a message and/or email us at info@babybuds.co.nz.  

babybuds have a very efficient dispatch service which means that goods can be dispatched within half an hour of placing the order in some circumstances.  Our ability to change the order will depend on how quickly it was dispatched and whether we can intercept the delivery

What if the product I order is faulty or I am not happy?

Babybuds are proud of the products we provide and will happily exchange, refund or replace any item that it is faulty.  Please call us on 0508 222 928 to discuss your needs if this occurs.

Can I use the babybuds name?

You may not adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website without first obtaining the written permission of babybuds.
The trade mark(s) and other babybuds products and services referred to in this website are owned/licensed by babybuds and will be immediately enforced should any attempt be made to copy our products, reproduce our trademarks or in any way breach our legal rights over our intellectual property.

What sort of warranty does babybuds provide?

Babybuds does not warrant that a particular product is available or suitable for your purposes.
When necessary, due to limited availability of products from suppliers, babybuds has the right to make substitutions of products with equal or greater value.
Photos depicted are a guideline only.  Designs and colours may vary depending on the season and will often look different on different computers.
